#TryDry Dry Spray Degree deodorant review

I got a complimentary Dry Spray Degree deodorant in the mail from +Influenster

I tried it a few times.
I like the idea behind it, but I am just not a huge fan.

It works well as a product, however when you spray it, it gets in your mouth and nose. Or at least that is what happened to me.
It stuck around for  a little while too.

I tried even putting it on with a shirt on, and sure enough I got the same result.

I am sure it could be a great option to keep in a gym bag though. It's a great essential to add to the list.

Hemp Hearts Review

HEMP HEARTS

I am going to start off by talking about the package I received. Hemp Hearts really put some effort into eye appeal on this one. It was a fun package and caught my eye immediately. That may be a small detail, however, it is something that makes them stand out!
#HempHearts for the win!

I love that it also has facts about the product right on the package!

Inside the package was the product sample and then an information sheet. The package doesn't seem that big, but the little hemp hearts aren't very big. I had no idea really what to expect, because I knew nothing about them before I got this opportunity!

What is hemp hearts?
Good question. According to their website it is a "super plant".
1 serving has 10 g of protein, 10g of omega's, and 3g of carbs.
That puts them with more protein and omega's per serving than flax and chia seeds.

Check out their page at www.manitobaharvest.com

Now on to my thoughts. They don't really have a flavor, at least I don't think they do. I put them in a smoothie a couple times, and also mixed them in with a greek yogurt. It was great both ways. Added protein and it didn't change the flavor. I think I will be making them a regular addition to my smoothies. I also hear they are good in salads, but I have not tried it yet. I will have to do that!
Here is a few pictures of my "recipes"!

I put them in a pumpkin chobani, and a cucumber and chocolate protein smoothie!
That added protein is always a great bonus in my book!

My overall review is a huge thumbs up. This is a product that I will continue to use. I am so glad that I was able to try it out first, and I was not disappointed at all! This is a great company, and one I fully intend to support!!

(I must note that I was given this product complimentary from the company through my Sweat Peak Ambassadorship to try out and do a review on!!)

Synchronicity

Synchronicity is a way of being!

If you want to experience more synchronicity, you have to pay attention. You have to be mindful.

What is synchronicity you might ask?

Definition: "the simultaneous occurrence of events that appear significantly related but have no discernible causal connection"

To simplify it and in the words of Gabrielle Bernstein. It's like when you think of your mother, and then she calls. Or, Your favorite song pops in your head and then it comes on the radio. It's those moments that seem like such a coincidence, but really are just synchronicity.

I have been working on being more open to these moments after reading two books.

"The Celestine Prophecy" By James Redfield

and
"May Cause Miracles" by Gabrielle Bernstein

I would HIGHLY recommend both as a fantastic read.

A few moments of my own synchronicity are below.
I have been reading/studying my daily exercises from "May Cause Miracles" I have also been flipping through and reading some of another of Gabby's books "Miracles Now", as well as a daily bible study, and a daily devotional.

More and more in the past week the topics have been related. It's crazy. It's a coincidence...but really it's just synchronicity.

When I flipped open to a daily message from the universe in "Miracles Now" I got #24 Compare No More. Gabby states, "Beneath the desire to compare is a deep rooted sense that we are not enough. When we feel an unconscious sense of lack, we project that lack onto others so we won't feel so bad about ourselves. The Miracles message she posts for this is "Whenever you compare yourself to others, simply say this prayer. 'The light I see in them is a reflection of my inner light'" #MiraclesNow

I then moved on to my daily devotional which was also about a related topic. It state, "Stop comparing yourself to everybody else and wishing you were them and being jealous and envious of them."

Today is also day 14 of my "May Cause Miracles" journey which just so happens to be reflection from previous week (self perception) and preparation for new week (body image).

It's all related. It is all coming together for me and I am so thankful for all these messages being co-related and leading me to where I need to be. I recommend to adapt the quotes I said into your own being if you don't already. I also high recommend each of these books. If nothing else, be more open and mindful of what life is showing you and where it is leading you. Everything happens for a reason!!!! <3

We believe what we tell ourselves: So tell yourself you ARE #GoodEnough

Today is PINK WEDNESDAY!!!

This is something that one of my favorite mentors started long ago with her Train Dirty Fitness ambassadors, to remind everyone on Wednesday that they are #goodenough. Just the way that you are. You were perfectly made and you are beautiful just the way that you are!! <3

I got this new tank that they had specially made, and today was the perfect day to break it out!

I am taking this day to remind you are that are Good Enough! God made you perfectly just the way you are, there is nothing wrong with you. We all have flaws, but that is was makes us imperfectly perfect!

Tell yourself these things as well, because as this graphic says "We Believe what we tell ourselves."

Everything will work out!
Things will get better!
You are important!
You are worthy of great things!
You are loveable!!!! (REPEAT THIS A FEW TIMES!)
The time is now!
This too, shall pass!
You can be who you really are!
The best is yet to come!
You are strong!
You can do this!

The message here is simple. No matter what you are facing, no matter where you are in this journey, you are exactly where you are supposed to be! Learn to dance in the rain. Learn to enjoy the small things. Don't sweat the small stuff. Smile more. Cherish this life, as tomorrow is never promised!!

Thank you Crystal for starting this great tradition of #PinkWednesday!

Spread Kindness Like Confetti

"Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible." - Dalai Lama

You really should spread kindness everywhere you go. A small gesture, such as a smile to someone in passing could change their entire day. It could give them hope, or make them feel good. It might change the way their day goes, or heck it might even change their life.
We should always approach life with thinking about how we can put more kindness out there. We want to leave this world a better place after all, don't we?

"A little SPARK of kindness can put a colossal burst of sunshine into someone's day"

I love how simply the Dalai Lama quote I shared below. It grabs the essence of truly facing everything and everyone with kindness.

Think about how you can spread kindness, instead of anger or hate. What a different world we would live in if we all focused on this!
